Ingredients

  • 6 1/2 oz tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup chopped avocado (about 2 medium)
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 diced onions
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 (6 inch) whole wheat pitas, halved

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl and blend thoroughly with a fork. Fill each pita half with a 1/4 of the tuna mixture.
  2. Makes 4 servings
