Fishing triumph!Now it's your turn to brag! Show the world just how good you are. We're interested in seeing photographs of your angling triumphs. You can email them to: capmel@verizon.net. Please reduce digital photos in size so that they will not take too long to download. Be sure to include details as to where, when and how you caught the fish, plus your return address  -- or send your prints to Capt. Mel Berman, 4002 Gandy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33611. If your photo is chosen, you will receive a loaded Love Lures Tackle box, -- and your picture will be on display for an entire week!

Our Fish Picture of the Week!

Capt. Mel;

Teresa Gallars caught this 28" Snook at Ft Desoto park, using green backs, on an out going tide. She was fishing with Tony Noriega Mon. May 5th

We were fishing from our friend Tony Noriega's boat. It was a day after a cold front.

We found greenbacks under the Pinellas side of the Skyway. We move to an Island just inside the pass at Fort Desoto, on an outgoing tide. My girlfriend Teresa landed the 28 inch shook under a bobber with about 18 inches of 20 pound mono. On that trip we landed six snook all over 25 inches and two trout, one of which was a 24 inch caught by Teresa.

Joseph Citro

What a fun day for Teresa, catching (and releasing) that nice snook! and thanks to Joseph Citro for sending us to picture. As his prize, Joseph will receive a" Capt. Mel MirrOlure assortment" of some of the most  productive, fish-catching plugs she and her dad Tim ever use.
