Capt. Mel,
I caught this 37 inch (length to tail fork) Cobia 12 miles west of Pine island (in Hernando county) using my flats rod (a 6 and 1/2' Fenwick medium action with a Saros 3000 loaded with 15lbs braid.)
Thanks for considering me for the picture of the week because I tell you this is certainly my fish of the year!!!
