We’re hiring a Development & Administrative Coordinator
Reporting to the Development Director, the Development & Administrative Coordinator will assist with planning, developing, organizing, and participating in special events on behalf of Tampa Bay Watch, Inc. This position will assist the Development Manager on major fundraising events throughout the year. The Development & Administrative Coordinator responsibilities will also include supporting Development Director with donor processing, correspondence, reports and donor software database.
Education and qualifications include: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, one to three years in working administrative experience, experience in Microsoft Office and other computer software applications, excellent time management and multi-task skills, excellent communication skills, & previous special event and/or fundraising experience.
