Biggest fish ever caught in the Senior Games two hour tournament.  On a Bluegill rod with four pound test line on an ultra light reel.  Caught in Tenoroc fish management area.

Wow, nice fish on 4lb test!  I hooked one those suckas about the same size on my 6wt and it fought pretty good until it got me all wrapped up in a submerged tree on the bank and broke my leader!

Wow, you are a credit to us old guys everywhere, Steve. Looks like a 16-18#, though you are too modest to say. Isnt that a grass carp? I have yet to catch a grassy, though ive hooked several we think were in the 40-50# range. We use 5-9wts fly rods, depending on the water being fished. This is a 12# as I recall, on a 6wt. Common carp. Think wooly bugger for a fly.

Oops, nope, thats an 8# that I sort of erroneously posted (note the little one in the net…2 on 2 flys, caught simultaneously).
