One recipe for a seafood boil uses 2 pounds of snow crab legs, 1 pound of uncooked shrimp, 1 pound of smoked sausage, red potatoes and sweet corn on the cob. Season boiling water with 1 to 2 boxes of Zatarain’s crab boil, and cook the firm ingredients first, reserving the seafood. Remove the firm ingredients, cook the seafood, and serve the seafood boil on a large platter. CDKitchen offers a seafood boil recipe that uses lobster.
