In a medium baking dish, mix together Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts, green onions, garlic salt, mayonnaise and shrimp. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in the preheated oven 20 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
