Ingredients:
1½ cups grits
3 cups almond milk
3 cups water
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tsp ghee
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Method:
- Add all ingredients EXCEPT the shrimp to the slow cooker. Stir to mix well.
- Cook HIGH 3-4 or LOW 6-8.
- Stir, to mix well and check consistency.
- Add shrimp and cook an additional 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
